A full-day session can comfortably accommodate up to 300 people. A half-day handles up to 12. For conferences and large corporate events, Don has photographed teams of all sizes with consistent, professional results for every person.
Do you come to our office?
Yes. Don brings a complete professional lighting setup to your location — no studio visit required. Sessions take place indoors, outdoors, or both, depending on your space and preferences.
How long does each headshot take?
Most employees are photographed in 20 to 25 minutes, including the live retouching. Attorneys stay billable. Executives stay focused. The process is designed to minimize disruption to your workday.
Does each employee pick their own photo?
Yes. Each person reviews their images, selects the one they want, and watches Don retouch it in real time before they leave. No one goes home hoping they'll like what comes back — they already know they do.
When do we receive our finished photos?
